The Focus Pro is a professional-grade avalanche transceiver designed for experienced ski tourers, freeriders, mountain guides and rescuers. It is tested and recommended by the German (VDBS) and French (SNGM) mountain guide associations.

Its 3 antennas with Smart Antenna Technology deliver circular reception and an 80 m search strip width according to the ICAR method, with a stable display from the first signal. In multiple burials it permanently shows the 4 nearest transmitters, with scrolling, marking and flagging functions. Analog audio output, range reducible to 20 m or 3 m, 180-degree correction and visual and acoustic support in fine search help pinpoint even deep burials.

To protect the rescuer, the device automatically switches back to transmit in case of a secondary avalanche in both search and standby mode, with permanent self-test, Pro check and group check. Voice navigation in 10 languages, large glove-friendly buttons, a lithium battery rechargeable via USB-C and Bluetooth connection to the ORTOVOX app for updates and registration round out a 185 g device.
